Very basic information that is readily available through public records is not available with their reports. I contacted them through their website on 5/1 and received an email confirming they received my message and that they would be contacting me "shortly" to discuss my issue. And entire MONTH passed and they never did contact me. So, I sent them another message through their website - that message was entirely ignored. Do NOT waste your money on this website!!

In summary, I would not recommend Background Report 360 to a friend.
