They charged me $50 when I thought I was paying $10 for the electronic copy of my report. I never heard from them and when I finally contacted them to ask about my product they said I entered my information incorrectly and if I wanted the report I would have to repeat the process and pay another 50. They told me they could not tell me what information I entered incorrectly and that they will not reimburse me. I was robbed of $50 and never got the critical information I needed. I am shocked that DMV is associated with this group! In summary, I would not recommend Background Checks to a friend.
